Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (Schedule 1 of Act) Variation Regulations 2019.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2019.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

4—Variation of regulation 19—Declared public officers, public authorities and responsible Ministers (Schedule 1 of Act)

Regulation 19, table—before the row of the table relating to private certifiers insert:

an accredited professional within the meaning of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (other than an accredited professional who only performs the functions of a relevant authority under that Act as a member of an assessment panel or as an assessment manager for an assessment panel)

the Minister responsible for the administration of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016
