An Act to amend the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 to extend the time within which draft codes of conduct are to be presented to each House of Parliament. [Assented to 27 September 1996]

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

1 Name of Act

This Act is the Independent Commission Against Corruption

Amendment (Codes of Conduct) Act 1996.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the date of assent.

3 Amendment of Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 No 35

The Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
