Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Amendment Regulations 2024

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the prescribed search warrant form in the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Regulations 2023, following amendments made to the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Act 2011 by the Justice Legislation Amendment (Integrity, Defamation and Other Matters) Act 2024.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 195 and 196 of the Independent Broad-based Anti‑corruption Commission Act 2011.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 November 2024.

4Schedule 1—Forms

In Form 5 of Schedule 1 to the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission Regulations 2023[1], for—
