INDECENT PUBLICATIONS AND ARTICLES (FEES) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Indecent Publications and Articles

(Fees) Amendment Regulations 1990.

Commencement

2.These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1990.

Regulation 4 amended

3. Regulation 4 of the Indecent Publications and Articles (Fees) Regulations

1983* is amended by deleting "$50" in both places where it occurs and

substituting in each place the following—

" $75 ".
