AN ACT to amend section fifteen of the Increase of

Rent (War Restrictions) Act, 1939-1945.

[Assented to 13th November, 1946.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by

the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Increase of Rent

cf. No. 34 of (War Restrictions) Act Amendment Act, 1946, and shall 1945, e. 3.

be read as one with the Increase of Rent (War Restric- tions) Act, 1939-1945 (No. 45 of 1939 as amended by the Acts, No. 48 of 1941, No. 34 of 1943 and No. 34 of 1945), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment 2. Section fifteen of the principal Act is amended by

of s. 15. deleting the word "forty-six" as inserted in line four

of the said section by section two of the Increase of Rent (War Restrictions) Act Amendment Act, 1945, and inserting in lieu thereof the word "forty-seven."
