AN ACT to amend section fifteen of the Increase of Rent

(War Restrictions) Act, 1939-1943.

[Assented to 30th January, 1946.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Short title.

Cf. No. 34 of 1. This Act may be cited as the Increase of Rent

1943, a. 6.	(War Restrictions) Act Amendment Act, 1945, and shall
be read as one with the Increase of Rent (War Restric- tions) Act, 1939-1943 (No. 45 of 1939 as amended by the Acts, No. 48 of 1941 and No. 34 of 1943), hereinafter re- ferred to as the principal Act.

Amendment 2.

Section fifteen of the principal Act is amended by inserting therein after the word "thereafter" in line four of the section the words "or until the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty- six, whichever shall be the longer period."
