T by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. This Act may be cited as "The Income Tax Short title. Regulations Ratification Act of 1925." 2. The regulations headed" Amended Regulations Approval under *"The Income Tax Act of 1924," " approved by the : ~t~ fication Governor in Council on the eighth day of July,'one of certain thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in regulatIOns. the Gazette on the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, are hereby approved, confirmed, and ratified as regulations duly made and approved under the said Act as on and from the date of the publication thereof as aforesaid in the Gazette, and shall remain in force as regulations under the said Act until amended or superseded by other regulations under the said Act.
