2 Commencement

These Regulations are taken to have commenced on

3 Amendment of Income Tax Regulations 1936

Schedule 1 amends the Income Tax Regulations 1936.

4 Application

The amendments made by these Regulations apply in relation to a year of income ending after 30 June 2003.
