[ASSENTED TO 4TH JANUARY, 1921.] it enacted by the King's Most Excellent 'Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislatiye Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;- Short title' 1. This Act may be cited as "The Income Tax Act : ~ ~ struction Amendment Act of 1920, No. 2," and shall be read as one of Act. with *" 'The Income Tax Act of 1902" and its several amendments (herein collectively referred to as the Principal Act).
