An Act to continue " The Income Tax Continuance

Act, 1896."

E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of

B the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:

1. "The Income Tax Continuance Act, 1896," is hereby continued, Continuance.

so that, subject to the increased exemption of One Hundred and Fifty Pounds therein mentioned, the Taxation Acts Amendment Act, 1895," shall apply to the financial year ending the thirtieth day

of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight.

2. This Act may be cited as The Income Tax Further Con- Short title.
