I, ROBERT MURRAY HILL, Minister for the Environment and Heritage, pursuant to section 184(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by:

including in the list

• Slater's Skink Egernia slateri slateri in the endangered category

• Subantarctic Fur Seal Arctocephalus tropicalis in the vulnerable category; and

• Southern Elephant Seal Mirounga leonina in the vulnerable category
