Inclusion of species in the list of threatened species under section 178 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999

I, IAN CAMPBELL, Minister for the Environment and Heritage, pursuant to section 184(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by:

deleting from the list in the Endangered category

·Epacris acuminata (Coral Heath)

·Cullen parvum (Small Scurf-pea, Small Psoralea)

deleting from the list in the Vulnerable category

·Carmona retusa (Carmona), a plant

including in the list in the Endangered category

·Hylacola pyrrhopygia parkeri (Chestnut-rumped Heathwren (Mt Lofty Ranges))

including in the list in the Vulnerable category

·Epacris acuminata (Coral Heath)
