Inclusion of a threatening process in the list of key threatening processes under section 183 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (13)

I, PETER ROBERT GARRETT, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts, pursuant to section 184(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend the list referred to in section 183 of that Act by:

including in the list of key threatening processes

• Loss and degradation of native plant and animal habitat by invasion of escaped garden plants, including aquatic plants.
