I, GREG HUNT, Minister for the Environment, pursuant to section 184(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), hereby amend the list referred to in section 183 of that Act by:

including in the list of key threatening processes

•        Aggressive exclusion of birds from potential woodland and forest habitat by over-abundant noisy miners (Manorina melanocephala)
