INCLOSED LANDS PROTECTION (AMENDMENT)

ACT.

Act No. 14, 1964.

An Act to increase the penalties imposed by the
Inclosed Lands Protection Act, 1901-1939; for

this purpose to amend that Act; and for

purposes connected therewith.	[Assented to, 20th
April, 1964.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative	Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: —

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "Inclosed Lands

Protection (Amendment) Act, 1964".

(2) The Inclosed Lands Protection Act, 1901, as amended by subsequent Acts and by this Act, may be cited as the Inclosed Lands Protection Act, 1901-1964.

2. The Inclosed Lands Protection Act, 1901-1939, is

amended—

(a)	by omitting from subsection one of section four the word "five" and by inserting in lieu thereof the word "twenty-five";
(b)	(i) by omitting from subsection one of section five the word "ten" and by inserting in lieu thereof the word "twenty-five";
(ii) by omitting from subsection two of the same section the word "ten" and by inserting in lieu thereof the word "twenty-five";
(c)	by omitting from subsection two of section six the word "five" and by inserting in lieu thereof the word "twenty-five".
