Application for approval of the Incitec Pivot Portland Enterprise Agreement 2021.

[1] Incitec Pivot Limited T/A IPL has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Incitec Pivot Portland Enterprise Agreement 2021 (the Agreement).

[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate from 24 December 2021. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 24 December 2024.

[4] The Agreement covers the Australian Workers’ Union.
