1. The applicant sought to file a summons in this Court dated 28 January 2014. On 25 February 2014, a single Justice of this Court (Gageler J) made a direction pursuant to r 6.07 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth) that the Registrar refuse to issue or file the summons without the leave of a Justice of this Court first had and obtained.

2. On 15 April 2014, a single Justice of this Court (Crennan J) refused the applicant leave under r 6.07. Her Honour held that the proposed proceeding, if issued, would be an abuse of process.

3. The applicant now seeks leave to appeal from the decision of Crennan J.  As an appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospects of success, leave is refused.

4. Pursuant to r 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
