The applicant requires an extension of time within which to seek special leave to appeal from the whole of the judgment of the Appellate Jurisdiction of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) (Aldridge, Austin and Harper JJ) of 8 March 2024. The amended application for special leave to appeal has no prospects of success. It would therefore be futile to grant the extension of time that is sought.
