1. The applicant seeks leave to appeal from a decision of a single Justice of this Court (Gageler J) refusing the applicant's ex parte application for leave to issue or file an application for a constitutional or other writ. The applicant also requires an extension of time. Nothing in the applicant's application for leave to appeal identifies any error on the part of Gageler J in refusing leave to issue or file. The proposed appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospects of success. There is consequently no basis for a grant of leave to appeal. It would therefore also be futile to grant the extension of time.

2. Leave to appeal is refused.
