1. These regulations may be cited as the Impounding Act (Prescribed Areas) Regulations,

1985.

2. In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Impounding Act, 1920.

Keeping of male animals in prescribed areas

3. The areas of the following councils are prescribed areas for the purposes of section 45a of

the Act:

District Council of Murray Bridge

District Council of Riverton.
