Majesty's reign (No. 8) intituled " An Act to authorise and regulate the

Impounding of Cattle" And wherean by the said Act (Sec. 2nd.) 3, is

W H E R E A S an Act of the Governor with the advice and consent of

the Legislative Council was passed in the Fourth yew of Her present
