Imported Food Control Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Imported Food Control Act 1992.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Imported Food Control Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 2 (Fees)

3.1   Item 1, Column 3:

Omit “$88.00”, substitute “$60.00”.

3.2   Item 2, Column 3:

Omit “$20.00”, substitute “$25.00”.

3.3   Item 3, Column 3:

Omit “$30.00”, substitute “$25.00”.

3.4   Item 4, Column 3:

Omit “$88.00”, substitute “$60.00”.
