36 What are prescribed chargeable services? For paragraph (e) of the definition of
chargeable service in subsection 36 (11) of the Act, the following services are prescribed:
(a) the making of an import entry;
(b) assessment of information for inclusion in a food control certificate.
Note The provision of a prescribed service for food to which the Act applies is achargeable service : see subs 36 (11) of the Act.
