I, PETER JOHN MCGAURAN, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make this Order under regulations 7 and 8 of the Imported Food Control Regulations 1993.

This Order is the Imported Food Control Amendment Order 2005 (No. 1).

0.           Commencement

This Order commences on the day after it is registered.
