wuunsla ub^ ANNO SEPTIMO DECIMO ELIZABETHAE SEC UNDAE REGINAE No. 43 of 1968 An Act to terminate the application in Queensland of certain Imperial Acts [ASSENTED TO 19TH DECEMBER, 1968] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Imperial Acts ( Termination of Application) Act 1968. 2. Commencement of Act. This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight and shall operate retrospectively accordingly.
328 Imperial Acts (Termination of Application) Act 1968, No. 43 3. Termination of Application of 7 George II c. VIII and 10 George II c. VIII . The application of the provisions of the Imperial Acts 7 George II c. VIII and 10 George 11 c. VIII, in so far as such provisions apply in Queensland, is hereby terminated in and for Queensland.
