SPECIFICATION OF AUTHORITIES FOR THE PURPOSES OF REGULATION 4 OF THE IMMIGRATION (GUARDIANSHIP OF CHILDREN) REGULATIONS 2001
I, AMANDA VANSTONE, Minister for Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs, acting under regulation 4 of the Immigration (Guardianship of Children) Regulations 2001 hereby:
REVOKE the notice made under regulation 4 of the Immigration (Guardianship of Children) Regulations 2001 dated 16 February 2004; AND
SPECIFY the offices set out in the Schedule to this notice to be the authority for the corresponding State.
This notice takes effect on publication.
