Immigration (Education) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Immigration (Education) Act 1971.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 November 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Immigration (Education) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (Fees—prescribed English courses)

3.1   Paragraph 4 (1) (a):

Omit “$250”, substitute “$270”.

3.2   Paragraph 4 (1) (b):

Omit “$50”, substitute “$55”.
