B E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with Preamble Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled,

the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative

and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Repeal of The Immigration Act, 1883'

Repea/ of 47 Vie., 1. ' The Immigration Act, 1883 ' is hereby repealed, and the Board

No. 24 of Immigration constituted thereby is hereby abolished.
