This instrument is the Identity Verification Services Amendment (Participation Agreements) Rules 2025.

2Commencement

This instrument commences the day after the instrument is registered.

This instrument is made under the Identity Verification Services Act 2023.

Insert:

6A

Prescription of longer period to finalise participation agreements

For the purposes of paragraph 15(3)(b) of the Identity Verification Services Act 2023, the period of 18 months is prescribed.
