Hydro-Electric Commission (Service and Installation) Amendment Regulations 2005
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 .12 December 2005

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Hydro-Electric Commission (Service and Installation) Amendment Regulations 2005 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Hydro-Electric Commission (Service and Installation) By-Laws 1993 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 9 amended (Systems of supply)Regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulations (1) and (2). 5Regulation 10 amended (High-voltage supply)Regulation 10 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulation (1). 6Regulation 13 amended (Low-voltage services)Regulation 13 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulations (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7). 7Regulation 18 amended (Location of metering equipment)Regulation 18 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulation (2). 8Regulations RescindedThe provisions of the Principal Regulations listed in Schedule 1 are rescinded.
