Hydro-Electric Commission Amendment (Partial Rescission) Regulations 2005
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 .12 December 2005

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Hydro-Electric Commission Amendment (Partial Rescission) Regulations 2005 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Hydro-Electric Commission By-laws 1994 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 4 amended (Agreements for supply of electricity)Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulations (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (13), (14), (15) and (16). 5Regulation 20 amended (Delays in delivery of accounts and notices)Regulation 20 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulation (2). 6Regulation 27 amended (Offences)Regulation 27 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulations (1), (3) and (4). 7Regulations rescindedThe provisions of the Principal Regulations listed in Schedule 1 are rescinded.
