Application for approval of the Hy-Tec Industries Pty Ltd NSW Plant Operator Enterprise Agreement 2022
Hy-Tec Industries Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Hy-Tec Industries Pty Ltd NSW Plant Operator Enterprise Agreement 2022 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 8 May 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 7 May 2026.
