Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering—

12      Use of certain land at 84D Roberts Avenue, Mortdale

This clause applies to land at 84D Roberts Avenue, Mortdale, being Lot

21, DP 542051.

Development for the following purposes is permitted with development

consent—
