This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

This Plan applies to the following land at Hurstville:

| (b) | 112 Forest Road, being Lot 1, DP 75572, |
| (c) | 124 Forest Road, being Lot 531, DP 777334, |
| (d) | 1 and 3 Wright Street, being Lots 55 and 54, DP 78322, respectively. |

The maps adopted by Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
