Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment

No 1)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment

No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

To the extent that this Plan gives effect in Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 2012 to the adjustment of the boundaries between the local government areas of the City of Hurstville and the City of Canterbury and sets floor space ratio, height of buildings, lot size and land zoning controls, this Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	land in Beverly Hills, being certain land in Allambee Crescent, Cooloongatta Road, Elouera Street South, King Georges Road, Kirrang Street, Kooemba Road and Tallawalla Street and land being part of the M5 East Freeway reservation and part of the cycleways off Kindilan Street and Kooemba Road,
(b)	land in Kingsgrove, being certain land in Commercial Road, Forrester Street, Glamis Street and Karingal Street and land being part of the M5 East Freeway reservation.

4      Maps

Each map adopted by Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 2012 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the map specified opposite in Column 2 of the table as approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan:
