1 Name of plan

This plan is Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment

No 30).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone a portion of Lot 1, DP 587174 known as 705 Forest Road, Peakhurst, from the Residential Zone to the General Business Zone under Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 1994.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to a portion of land identified as Lot 1, DP 587174, known as 705 Forest Road, Peakhurst, as shown coloured light blue and edged heavy black on the map marked “Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 1994 (Amendment No 30)” deposited in the office of Hurstville City Council.

4 Amendment of Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 1994

Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 1994 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 5 (1) the following words:
