HUNTER VALLEY CONSERVATION TRUST

(AMENDMENT) ACT.

An Act to alter the boundaries of the Trust District consti­ tuted under the Hunter Valley Conservation Trust Act, 1950; for this and other purposes to amend that Act; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 23rd October, 1975.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the "Hunter Valley

Conservation Trust (Amendment) Act, 1975".

2. The Hunter Valley Conservation Trust Act, 1950, is

amended—

(a)

by omitting from Part 1 of the Schedule the words "road passing from said portion 20 to portion 21 thence by that side of that road (shown on plans R. 8139.1603R and R. 6807.1603 in the Depart­ ment of Lands)" and by inserting instead the words "closed road passing from the said portion 20 to portion 21 by that side of that closed road and the road shown in plans catalogued R. 8139.1603R and R. 6807.1603 in the Department of Lands";

(b)

by omitting from Part 1 of the Schedule the word "Stroud" and by inserting instead the words "Great

Lakes";
(c) by omitting from Part 1 of the Schedule the words "south-westerly by that side of that main road to its intersection with the eastern boundary of portion 9 said parish of Stockton and thence by part of that boundary of that portion the eastern boundary of portion 19 part of the northern boundary and the south-eastern boundary of portion 8 said parish of Stockton aforesaid to the point of commencement." and by inserting instead the words "on the north

by that side of that road to its intersection with the northerly prolongation of the eastern boundary of portion 183 parish of Stowell county of Gloucester thence on the east by that prolongation and the eastern boundaries of portions 183 and 149 southerly by a line from the south-eastern corner of portion 149 to the north-eastern corner of portion 172 by the eastern boundary of that portion and its prolongation southerly to the foreshore of the South Pacific Ocean thence by that foreshore generally south-westerly to the point of commencement.".
