Application for approval of the Hunter Imaging Group Enterprise Agreement 2015.

[1] An application pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (“the Act”) was made by Hunter Imaging Group (the Employer) for the approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Hunter Imaging Group Enterprise Agreement 2015 (the Agreement).

[2] The agreement is a single-enterprise agreement.

[3] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss186, 187 and 188 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[4] The HSU New South Wales Branch, being a bargaining representative for the Agreement, has given notice under s.183 of the Act that it wants the Agreement to cover them. In accordance with s.201(2) I note that the Agreement covers them.

[5] The Agreement is approved and will operate in accordance with s.54 of the Act.
