1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Human Tissue Amendment (Blood Donor Certificate)
Regulation 2016.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 11 September 2016 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Schedule 1 Blood donor certificate

Omit “6 months”. Insert instead “4 months”.
