I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Human Tissue (Amendment) Act 1987, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 June 1990 as the day on which that Act (sections 1 and 2 excepted) commences.
