1. Name

This instrument is the Human Services (Medicare) (Medicare Programs) Amendment (MyMedicare) Specification 2023.

1. Commencement

This instrument commences the day after this instrument is registered.

3              Authority

This instrument is made under the paragraph 41G(b) of the Human Services (Medicare) Act 1973.
