Human Services Legislation Amendment Act 2005

I, JOHN SANDERSON, Administrator of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 2 and 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Human Services Legislation Amendment Act 2005, fix 1 October 2005 as the day on which Schedule 1 and items 1 and 2 of Schedule 2 to that Act commence.
