Commission (Allowances) Regulations
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Human Rights Commission Act 1981.

Citation
1. These Regulations may
be cited as the Human Rights Commission (Allowances) Regulations.
Allowances
payable to members of the Human Rights Commission
2. For the purposes of
sub-section 21 (2) of the Human Rights
Commission Act 1981, the following allowances are prescribed, namely, the
allowances payable to an officer of the Australian Public Service.
