Human Reproductive Technology Act 1991

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these
regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)
the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Human Reproductive Technology (Licences and

Registers) Amendment Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

These regulations are the Human Reproductive Technology
(Licences and Registers) Amendment Regulations 2018.

2.    Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Human Reproductive Technology
(Licences and Registers) Regulations 1993.

4.      Regulation I amended

In regulation 1 delete "(Licences and Registers)".

5.      Regulation 2 amended

(1) In regulation 2(1)(b) delete "Form 1 in the Schedule," and
insert:
Schedule 1 Form 1,
(2) In regulation 2(2) delete "Form 2 in the Schedule." and insert:
the form of Schedule 1 Form 2.

6.      Regulation 4A inserted After regulation 4 insert:

4A. Form of warrant

A warrant for the purposes of section 55(1) of the Act must be in the form of Schedule 1 Form 3.

7. Schedule heading replaced
Delete the heading to the Schedule and insert:
Schedule I - Forms

[r. 2(1) and (2) and 4A]

8.      Schedule amended

(1) In the Schedule Form 1:
(a) delete "[Reg. 2(1)]";
(b) delete "(LICENCES AND REGISTERS)".
(2) In the Schedule Form 2:
(a) delete "[Reg. 2(2)]";
(b) delete "(LICENCES AND REGISTERS)".

(3) In the Schedule after Form 2 insert:
