Human Reproductive Technology (Licences and

Registers) Amendment Regulations 2014

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Human Reproductive Technology
(Licences and Registers) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Human Reproductive Technology
(Licences and Registers) Regulations 1993.

4.            Regulation 3 amended

(1)	In regulation 3(2) delete "$500." and insert:
$1 000.
(2)	In regulation 3(3):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete "$100;" and insert:

$110; and

(b) in paragraph (b) delete "$300; and" and insert:

$600; and

(c) in paragraph (c) delete "$300." and insert:

$600.
