Human Reproductive Technology Amendment

Regulations 2023

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Human Reproductive Technology
Amendment Regulations 2023.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Human Reproductive Technology
Regulations 1993.

4.             Regulation 4AA inserted

After regulation 4 insert:

4AA.	Fee for information under s. 46
(1)	The fee for a person to be furnished with information under section 46 of the Act is $75.
(2)	The fee referred to in subregulation (1) is waived if the information is furnished under section 46(2) or (3)(a) of the Act.
