ORDER
HIS HONOUR: In this matter there was a Notice of Appeal filed

by the appellant on the 26th of June 2006. There was a
Registrar's Reference in October 2006 as a result of which
another Judge directed that the appellant's outline of
argument be filed and served by Friday, December 2006. That

was not done, and indeed no other step has been taken by the	10
appellant with a view to bringing the matter on for appeal. in prosecuting the appeal.
The respondent has sent a copy of the application and Notice	20
of Hearing to the address for service at least 10 days before
today's date and the appellant has not appeared in response. It is appropriate in the circumstances, therefore, to strike out the appeal under section 229.
