An Act to amend the Housing Act 1912 with respect to the power of the	Land and Housing Corporation to undertake joint ventures for the
acquisition of land. [Assented to 26 November 1987]

Housing (Rental Bonds) Amendment 1987

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Housing (Rental Bonds) Amendment

Act 1987.

Amendment of Act No. 7, 1912

2. The Housing Act 1912 is amended by inserting in section 16 (2), (3)

and (7) before the word "development" wherever occurring the word

"acquisition,".
