HOUSING OF THE UNEMPLOYED

(GRANT) ACT.

Act No. 5, 1934.

An Act to appropriate and apply out of the Con­ solidated Revenue Fund of New South Wales certain sums for the housing of unemployed persons to be paid and applied in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Housing of the Unem­ ployed Act, 1934. [Assented to, 29th June, 1934.]

t h e same, as follows :—
1. This Act may be cited as the " H o u s i n g of the Unemployed (Gran t ) Act, 1934."

2. Out of the Consolidated Revenue F u n d there is hereby app rop r i a t ed in the financial y e a r ending on the th i r t i e th day of J u n e , one thousand nine hundred and thi r ty-four , the sum of two hundred thousand pounds to be car r ied to Special Deposi ts Account and appl ied in accordance wi th and subject to the provisions of the Hous ing of the Unemployed Act, 1934.

to t ime be allowed credit for any sum or sums of money
pa id by him in pursuance of this Act.
NATIONAL
3. The Colonial T r e a s u r e r shall issue and p a y the

said sum in such propor t ions as the Governor by any w a r r a n t or order in wr i t ing under his hand and directed to the said T r e a s u r e r may f rom t ime to t ime order and direct, and the payments so to be made shall be charged upon and payable out of the said Consolidated Revenue F u n d .
