Housing Loans Insurance Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Housing Loans Insurance Act 1965.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 15 June 1985.

Schedule 2

2. Schedule 2 to the Housing Loans Insurance Regulations is amended by omitting all the words from and including “in relation to a loan” to and including “surname)”.
